SF6 Gas recovery System
SF6 gas ,as an insulating gas, is non-toxic, non-flammable, and good insulation properties. The insulation strength is much higher than the traditional insulating gas, and has a good arcing resistance , so it is widely used in SF6 electric equipment. Because of the high price of SF6 gas, it will decompose and produce toxic components under the action of arc, electric spark and corona discharge. Therefore, SF6 gas equipment needs to recycle SF6 gas.
SF6 Gas Recovery Vacuum Charging Device consists of a vacuum system of SF6 compressor, vacuum pump, preventing the oil return device, condensing system, liquid storage tank, purification system built renewable dry filter, dust filters, ball valves, vacuum gauge and electrical control, pressure detection, thermometer and alarm device control and dashboards and other auxiliary facilities.
It is suitable for SF6 electric appliance, GIS composite electrical equipment and SF6 gas insulated electrical equipment manufactures, scientific research departments etc.
1.Recovery of SF6 gas
When the SF6 is drawn from an air chamber, the gas flows through the purifying filter automatically and is compressed and cooled by the SF6 compressor. The gas can also be stored into the SF6 tank in liquid form under a certain high pressure.(Figure 1)
2. SF6 switchgear vacuum
The air and moisture in the switch can be removed by means of a vacuum pump, and the outlet of the vacuum pump goes to the atmosphere. (Figure 2)
3.Air Inflation
The purified and dried SF6 is charged from the tank to the vacuum chamber which has been evacuated into the vacuum chamber until the pressure in the gas chamber reaches the setting pressure. The work is carried out in two steps:
1)The pressure of the SF6 tank is used to make the gas flow to the SF6 switch until the predetermined inflation pressure is reached. (Figure 4)
2)When the pressure of SF6 tank and SF6 switch is balance, and then we can use the compressor to pressurize, until it reach the scheduled inflation pressure. (Figure 3)
